1. No refunds
FC AutoBuyer is digital content: a licence key for a Chrome extension for the EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team Web App. This policy applies to every licence key we sell, at the price shown at checkout. You get access immediately after payment. By completing checkout, you ask us to supply the extension straight away and agree that you lose any right to cancel once supply begins.
For that reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy forms part of our terms.
Payments are taken by Stripe, which handles the checkout and your card details. We never see or store your full card number. Any refund we do make is returned by Stripe to the card or wallet you paid with, and can take a few working days to appear on your statement.
2. What this covers
We do not give refunds, partial refunds or licence extensions in situations such as:
- change of mind, or no longer wanting to use the extension;
- any action EA takes against your account, such as a soft ban, transfer market ban, suspension, permanent ban, or loss of coins or items. Using any autobuyer breaks EA's terms and you accept this risk when you buy (see risk to your EA account);
- not buying the cards, winning the transfers or making the coins you hoped for;
- the extension not doing something you hoped for but which we never said it did, or a feature working differently from how you pictured it (see issues with the extension). This is separate from the extension being faulty: if it does not work as described, your legal rights below apply and we will put it right;
- the extension not working, or working differently, after an update to the EA Web App, Chrome or your computer;
- problems caused by your device, network, browser, other extensions or the settings you chose;
- any unused part of your licence term, including if you stop using the extension or we stop offering it;
- a licence ended because you broke our terms, for example by sharing or reselling the extension.
3. If EA changes the Web App
FC AutoBuyer works inside EA's Ultimate Team Web App. EA can change that Web App at any time, without warning, and sometimes those changes stop the extension working until we release an update. This is the normal life of any tool that runs on somebody else's website.
When it happens, what you get is a fix, not a refund: we update the extension as quickly as we can and you download the new version at no extra cost. We do not refund, extend or credit licences for the time in between, and we cannot promise a fix for every change EA makes.
If you are not comfortable with that, please do not buy. It is the one part of this product nobody selling it can control.
4. Before you buy
Make sure FC AutoBuyer is right for you. You need Google Chrome on a desktop computer and access to the Ultimate Team Web App with a transfer market unlocked. If you're unsure about anything, contact us first and we'll answer your questions.
5. Billing errors
If you are charged twice for the same purchase, or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout, tell us and we will correct the billing error through Stripe. This is not a refund of a valid purchase.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. If you open a chargeback for a valid purchase, we may end your licence immediately and refuse future purchases.
7. Returning customers
Purchases for later games, including those at the returning-customer discount, are also final and non-refundable.

Your legal rights. We are based in the United Kingdom and sell to consumers, so some rights come with the purchase whatever this page says. Nothing here removes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your rights if the extension is not as described, or if it was never supplied to you at all. Where those rights apply, they win over anything above.
