Terms of Service

The rules for buying and using FC AutoBuyer. Please read them, especially the section on risk to your EA account, before you buy.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("terms") apply when you visit fcautobuyer.com, buy a licence for FC AutoBuyer, or install and use the FC AutoBuyer Chrome extension (together, the "service"). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean FC AutoBuyer, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, the operator of fcautobuyer.com. "You" means the person buying or using the service.

By buying a licence or using the extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the service. Our privacy policy and refund policy also apply.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy a licence.

2. Your licence

When we issue you a licence key, once your payment is confirmed, we grant you a licence to download, install and use FC AutoBuyer. The licence is:

  • Personal: for you to use with your own EA account, for non-commercial purposes.
  • Non-exclusive and non-transferable: you may not sell, share, lend, sub-license or give away your licence, download link or copy of the extension.
  • For EA SPORTS FC 27: a paid licence starts on the date of purchase and lasts until EA closes the EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team Web App, unless it is terminated earlier under these terms. Licence keys are time-limited instead; see section 2a.

You may install the extension only on Chrome profiles and devices that you personally use. We, and our licensors, keep all rights, title and intellectual property in the extension, the website and their content. You are buying a right to use the software, not ownership of it.

FC AutoBuyer is a Chrome extension for Chrome on desktop. Updates and fixes we release during your licence term are included at no extra cost.

2a. Licence keys

Access to FC AutoBuyer is through a licence key that we issue to you. How keys work:

  • One key, one account. A key is tied to the first Chrome (Google) account that activates it, or to the first installation if you are not signed into Chrome. After that it only works for that account. It cannot be moved to another account, and we will only move it ourselves in exceptional cases at our discretion.
  • Time-limited keys run from first activation. A key issued for a set period (for example a 48-hour licence key) starts counting from the moment you first activate it, not from when we send it. Uninstalling, reinstalling or reloading the extension does not pause, reset or extend it, and unused time is not carried over or refunded.
  • Activate promptly. A key must be activated within 3 days of being issued, or it lapses and a new one has to be requested.
  • It checks in with us. The extension confirms your key with our licence server when you activate it and periodically while it runs, so it needs an internet connection. If it cannot reach our server it keeps working for up to 3 days, then stops until it can. What is sent is described in our privacy policy.
  • Keep it private. Your key is for you alone. If you lose it, contact us from the email address it was issued to and we will look it up.

Revocation. We may revoke a key, immediately and without prior notice, if it is shared, sold, published or used on more than one account; if a key was obtained by using more than one identity, account or email address; if the licence check or any other security measure has been removed, disabled or tampered with; if a payment is reversed or charged back; or if you otherwise break these terms. We may withdraw a key if it was obtained fraudulently or if these terms are broken. When a key expires or is revoked the extension stops working at its next licence check, usually within 30 minutes, and returns to the key screen.

3. Payment

Licence keys. FC AutoBuyer is sold as a one-off licence key. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and we will never charge you automatically.

The price for a paid licence will be shown on our website and at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout page. By paying you also agree to any terms Stripe applies to the payment.

We do not see or store your full card number. Your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees; these are your responsibility. The price you pay, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout.

The extension is free to install. After payment you will receive a purchase email with your licence key and installation instructions. If you do not receive it, contact us.

3a. No refunds

All sales are final. FC AutoBuyer is digital content that you can download and use immediately after payment. By completing checkout you ask us to supply it straight away and agree that you lose any right to cancel once supply begins. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, for account action taken by EA, or for results you did not get. That does not affect your legal rights if the extension is faulty or is not as we described it. Full details are in our refund policy.

4. Licence length and returning-customer discount

Your licence covers EA SPORTS FC 27 and includes support and updates for that game. New features can be requested, and we decide which ones to add. A licence for a later game, such as EA SPORTS FC 28, is a separate purchase.

Returning customers get a discount on the next game's licence. The amount of the discount and how to claim it will be shown by email or at checkout. We may change or withdraw the discount for future purchases, but any change will not affect a purchase you have already paid for.

When your licence ends, you should stop using the extension and remove it from Chrome.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • share, resell, publish or distribute the extension, your download link or any licence key;
  • use a key on more than one account, use a key that was issued to someone else, or obtain more than one licence key by using multiple accounts, identities or email addresses;
  • remove, disable or tamper with the licence check, or distribute a copy of the extension with it removed;
  • copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the extension, except where the law allows this and cannot be excluded by contract;
  • remove or change any copyright, trademark or other notices;
  • use the service to operate accounts that are not yours, to offer autobuying as a paid service to others, or for any unlawful purpose;
  • use the service to harass anyone, or to interfere with or disrupt our website, our systems or anyone else's;
  • try to get around any licensing or security measures in the service.

You are responsible for the settings you choose, including prices, budgets, limits, delays and run times, and for everything bought with your coins while the extension runs.

6. No affiliation with EA

FC AutoBuyer is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS FC, Ultimate Team and related names are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. and are used only to describe what the extension works with.

Your use of EA's games, services and the Ultimate Team Web App is governed by your own agreement with EA, including the EA User Agreement. Nothing in these terms changes that agreement.

7. Risk to your EA account (assumption of risk)

By buying and using FC AutoBuyer you confirm that you understand and accept this risk. In particular:

  • Delays, breaks, spending limits and run limits can reduce the risk, but nothing can remove it. We do not claim the extension is undetectable, ban-proof or safe.
  • You choose whether to use the extension, on which account, and with which settings. You use it entirely at your own risk.
  • EA decides what action to take against any account. We are not responsible or liable for any action EA takes against your account, including market bans, soft bans, suspensions, permanent bans, or loss of coins, items, progress or purchases.
  • Account action by EA is never a reason for a refund (see our refund policy).

If you are not willing to accept this risk, do not buy or use FC AutoBuyer.

8. No guarantee of coins or results

FC AutoBuyer is a tool for buying cards on the transfer market. We do not promise that you will buy any particular card, win any number of transfers, make coins or make a profit. Results depend on your settings, market conditions, other players and other autobuyers, your internet connection and how EA's servers respond.

Any examples on our website are illustrations only. The transfer market can move against you, and cards you buy may be worth less than you paid.

9. Changes when EA updates the Web App

The extension works inside the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team Web App, which EA can change at any time without notice. An update from EA may stop some or all features from working until we release a fix. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the extension compatible, but we cannot promise a fix within any set time, or that a fix will be possible.

We may also add, change or remove features, release updates, or change how the extension is delivered (for example, if a standalone app becomes available). We will not remove the core buying function during your paid term unless we are forced to by circumstances outside our control, such as changes made by EA or Google, or legal requirements.

Periods where the extension does not work because of changes made by EA, Google or anyone else outside our control do not entitle you to a refund, a partial refund or an extension of your licence.

9a. Issues with the extension

You use FC AutoBuyer at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any problem with the extension or anything that results from using it, including:

  • bugs, errors, crashes, slowdowns or features not working as you expected;
  • the extension stopping working after an EA Web App update, a Chrome update or a change to your computer;
  • conflicts with other extensions, security software, browser settings, VPNs or your internet connection;
  • cards bought, coins spent, or cards missed, including purchases made because of settings you chose or a mistake in them;
  • lost or reset settings, logs or run history;
  • webhook messages or notifications that fail to arrive, arrive late or go to the wrong place;
  • any action EA takes against your account.

We may offer help through support, but support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not create any obligation to fix a particular issue, or to fix it within any time.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every version of Chrome or the Web App, or free of bugs.

Some consumer laws give you rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these terms removes a right that the law says cannot be removed, but these terms exclude everything else to the fullest extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for any action taken by EA against your account, or for any loss of coins, items, cards, progress, in-game purchases or account access;
  • we are not liable for coins spent on purchases made by the extension, or for any bug, error or failure of the extension;
  • we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity;
  • our total liability to you for all claims connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for your current licence term.

12. Termination

You can stop using FC AutoBuyer at any time by removing the extension from Chrome. Stopping use does not by itself entitle you to a refund; see our refund policy.

We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right, except that sharing a key, using a key not issued to you, or tampering with the licence check leads to immediate revocation under section 2a. If we end your licence because you broke these terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

We may stop offering FC AutoBuyer at any time. Where we can, we will give reasonable notice. No refund is due for any remaining part of your licence term.

When your licence ends for any reason, you must stop using the extension and delete it. Sections 6 to 11 and 14 continue to apply after your licence ends.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the service or the law. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, tell customers by email. Changes will not affect a licence term you have already paid for in a way that reduces your rights, unless the law requires it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts and to rely on mandatory consumer laws where you live.
